The SMARTsens energygate is designed for industrial environments and acts as an energy node within the distribution cabinet. It transmits all energy data from the distribution board wirelessly. Together with the SMARTenergy gateway, it automatically configures a wireless mesh system throughout the entire building—no further configuration required! The SMARTenergy Gateway allows for the connection of 3 current transformer sensors, offers the option to expand measurement points using SMARTenergy sensors, and provides a wireless interface for additional radio beacons such as temperature/humidity sensors and presence detectors. Existing meters can be integrated into the wireless transmission via additional interfaces, such as M-Bus, Modbus, S0, or D0. The auto-detect function on the SMARTenergy Gateway ensures that all wired and wireless sensors are detected automatically.
