The PSsystec split-core sensor extension allows for flexible positioning of split-core current transformers, even where a direct connection to the gateway or expansion module is not possible – such as in larger control cabinets, with hard-to-reach conductors, or in spatially separated installation environments.

The extension cable is designed as a plug-and-play solution: simply plug it in, no tools or configuration required. It is fully compatible with all PSsystec split-core current transformers and the associated IoT Energy Monitor base and expansion packages. This allows the measurement infrastructure to be flexibly adapted to on-site structural conditions – without compromising measurement accuracy.
