SMARThaccp
SmartHACCP is a wired IoT solution for continuous temperature monitoring in compliance with HACCP guidelines, including gas leack detection. Designedfor use in foodservice environments, cold storage facilities or distributioncenters, the system allows central remote monitoring via cellular connectivity– without integration into local IT infrastructure. The robust hardware is also suitable for outdoor use, making it ideal for basements, extensions or unheated storage areas. Thanks to flexible input interfaces, alarm contacts from various manufacturers can be connected – allowing for the reliable detection of temperature deviations, gas leaks, or open doors.

Food safety and product quality risks due to missing or manual temperature logging
Undetected gas leaks in refrigeration systems due to lack of automated detection
Time-consuming and costly on-site checks instead of centralized, real-time digital monitoring

Reliable HACCP-complianttemperature monitoring
Wired PT1000 temperature sensors continuously capture readings in cold rooms or distribution areas. Additional alarm inputs can be used for gas detectors, door contacts or alert systems from any manufacturer – ideal for HACCP-relevant environments.
Data transmission – no local IT required
The cellular unit transmits current readings every 15 minutes, along with real-time alarms, securely to the cloud. No integration into local networks or IT systems is necessary. All information is accessible via a secure mobile connection and optionally available via REST API for integration into third-party platforms.
Custom alarm settings andforwarding
Each connected sensor – whether temperature or alarm contact – can be individually configured. Alerts for threshold violations are sent via email or optionally via SMS. Dashboards, alert maps, data exports and analytics are accessible via any web browser and device.
